FOUNDER

 Ameerul Aizat graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He commenced his pupillage at Azzat & Izzat in 2015 before joining Fahri & Co. (now Fahri, Azzat & Co.), where he completed his pupillage and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2016. In 2018, he became a member of the Federal Territories Syarie Bar and later obtained a Diploma in Shariah Legal Practice (DSLP) in 2019.

Under the mentorship of Fahri Azzat, Ameerul Aizat developed a broad litigation practice spanning civil, criminal, and Syariah law. Between 2016 and 2022, he appeared in numerous matters before the High Court, Court of Appeal, Federal Court, and Syariah Courts, building extensive experience in trial advocacy, appellate litigation, judicial review proceedings, and matters involving both private and public law.

In addition to his litigation practice, Ameerul Aizat has contributed to leading legal publications, including Civil Procedure 2021 (White Book) and the second edition of Bullen & Leake & Jacob's Malaysian Precedents of Pleadings. He has also shared his legal insights through appearances on RTM TV1's Bawa Bincang (Episode 7, 2020) and TV3's Fail Mahkamah (Season 1, Episode 22, 2026).

From 2018 to 2019, he conducted seminars and training programmes for a government agency, equipping judicial and prosecution officers with the knowledge and practical skills required to carry out their statutory duties.

Drawing on a decade of litigation experience, Ameerul Aizat founded the firm in 2023 with a commitment to providing practical, accessible, and results-oriented legal representation. Today, the firm serves individuals, businesses, and organisations across a broad spectrum of civil, criminal, and Syariah matters, combining legal expertise with a client-centred approach.
